MANILA, Philippines - Four is apparently the perfect number for Carmina Villaroel, who doesn't see her family portrait growing anytime soon.
While she and Zoren Legaspi are yet to talk about their honeymoon, the TV host-actress has admitted that she's very much at peace with her husband and twins, Mavy and Cassy.
''Naku dyusko hindi na ata!'' was her initial response on ''The Buzz,'' Nov. 18, when asked about her plans of having a baby again.
She's nevertheless open to whatever surprise may come-much like their wedding last Nov. 15.
''Bilang ito namang relasyon namin parang puro surprises. But sa ngayon we are happy and kuntento na kami sa meron namin, sa kambal namin. Kung ibibigay, edi go, pero kung hindi naman, okay na, solb na solb na talaga kami,'' Carmina related.
In a previous interview, Mavy related that he's already satisfied having Cassy for his sibling. The latter, however, has been vocal in wanting to have little brothers or sisters.
Carmina remains on a high a few days after Zoren threw in a surprise proposal and wedding for her at Fernbrook Gardens in Alabang, Muntinlupa, attended by all of their family and closest friends in and out of showbiz.
''The next day ko lang talaga kinda na-absorb, tsaka nagtanong ng maraming detalye pa talaga kay Zoren,'' she related.
One of the best things that came out of the wedding was a total picture of Zoren's dedication and love for Carmina, unbending even after 12 years of them being together.
She noted how Zoren is ''full of surprises,'' saying, ''Ayaw niya 'yung kung ano 'yung usual.''
''...ang laki ng family ko, ang dami kong mga kaibigan, [pero] mahiyain kasi 'yun (Zoren) eh. Hindi siya sanay na maraming tao, na humaharap sa talagang... crowd. But I guess dahil para sa akin lahat ito, hinarap niya 'yung ganon... 'Yung pagpapasalamat ko sa kanya, forever na 'yon. Alam ko na naman to begin with that he has a good heart, pero ito talaga 'yung selfless. Hindi niya 'to ginawa para sarili niya, lahat talaga para sa'kin,'' she added.
Interestingly, Carmina admitted that she almost walked out of the wedding because she became too overwhelmed with everything that was going on. But her love for Zoren ruled-as well as her ''fear'' of tripping in her beautiful Paul Cabral dress and becoming a laughingstock among their guests.
''Parang sa teknikal lang naman na-seal 'yung samahan nating dalawa. But basically if you think about it, 'yung relationship natin... close to perfection. We don't fight; bickering, yes. Pero para tayong sitcom. So nilu-look forward ko 'yung buhay ko na ganun pa, na maging sitcom hanggang maging lolo't lola na tayo,'' she told Zoren in their joint interview.
Zoren, for his part, said that the wedding, the preparations of which he spearheaded, is one of the ultimate testaments of his love for Carmina.
''At 'yan (love) ay patutunayan ko pa araw-araw,'' he vowed...
