Daniel "Chip" Gatmaytan, 9, said voters should challenge candidates in the 2013 polls to take a stand against soda sold in school canteens.
"This coming elections, I am urging parents to vote only for the politicians who support our cause," Gatmaytan said in a YouTube video.
