He may be too young to vote, but that doesn't mean a nine-year old anti-softdrink advocate will keep his mouth shut.

Daniel "Chip" Gatmaytan, 9, said voters should challenge candidates in the 2013 polls to take a stand against soda sold in school canteens.



"This coming elections, I am urging parents to vote only for the politicians who support our cause," Gatmaytan said in a YouTube video.

He also asked netizens to post his video on the Facebook pages of politicians.
"I want to to challenge them to take a stand for children's health, commit to protect us children from unhealthy foods like softdrinks and junk food," he said.
