Where is the Apple iPhone 5 made? There has been widespread belief that it's 100 percent "American." 

Sorry to burst your bubble, but 90 percent of the iPhone 5—including the minerals used on its screen, glass cover, and speakers—are mined in China and Inner Mongolia. 

We're not saying that there's anything wrong with that; we just want to clarify Apple's supply and manufacturing chain.
