Instead of having a victory parade, Miss Universe 2013 3rd runner-up Ariella Arida is opting to help the victims of super typhoon Yolanda as soon as possible.

Ariella who arrived in Manila on Tuesday, November 12, recognizes the importance of sending much needed help to the Visayas region.

Ang hirap magcelebrate tapos yung mga kababayan natin sobrang down,” Ariella said during Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc.'s welcome press conference for Ariella held at the Gloria Maris Banquet Hall in Gateway Mall on Tuesday.

Ariella dedicated her recent win for the Filipinos, especially to those who were badly stricken by the super typhoon. She hopes that her feat in the Miss Universe 2013 pageant was somehow able to give happiness and hope to the Philippines amid the tragedy.

Ariella vows to help the victims through Sagip Kapamilya and Binibining Pilipinas Charities.

Ma'am Stella Araneta also donated P1 million for the rescue campaign,” she said.
